This policy covers everything sold by Finopedia Traders on this website: the Finopedia Live Webinar seat, the optional Trading Toolkit add-on, and FinopediaX Terminal subscriptions. Please read it carefully before purchasing.
What you buy. The webinar seat gives you access to a live, online educational session conducted by Jitendra Kashyap on the date and time shown at checkout. The joining details are sent to your registered email / WhatsApp. The Trading Toolkit (Trading Clarity Guide and Demand-Supply Cheat Sheet) is a digital add-on that is unlocked after the live webinar session. Nothing is shipped; everything is delivered online.
Refunds. Once your seat is confirmed, the webinar fee and the Trading Toolkit fee are non-refundable, including if you are unable to attend the live session.
If we cancel or reschedule. If we cancel the session, your seat moves to the next scheduled session. If we cannot hold it within 30 days, or you cannot attend the new date, write to us within 7 days of the change and we will refund the full amount you paid to the original payment method within 7 working days.
Failed payments. If money was debited but your payment failed or your seat was not confirmed, the amount is reversed automatically to your bank / UPI account, usually within 5–7 working days. If it is not, contact us with the payment details and we will help.
FinopediaX Terminal is a digital subscription service that gives you instant online access to our supply-demand zone scanner. Sections 1–4 below apply to Terminal subscriptions.
FinopediaX Terminal is a digital tool. As soon as your payment is confirmed, your subscription is activated and you get immediate access to the scanner. There is nothing to ship — access is delivered online.
Because access to the Terminal is delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” all subscription payments are final and non-refundable once access has been activated. By purchasing a plan, you acknowledge that you are buying immediate digital access and that no refund will be issued for that billing period.
You can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle — your access stays active until the end of the current paid period, after which it will simply not renew. No partial or pro-rated refund is issued for the unused portion of an active period.
If you were charged but could not access the Terminal due to a verified technical problem on our side, please contact our support team. We will first work to restore your access; only if we are unable to do so, a refund may be issued at our sole discretion.
